Hardtner Life Phases is a 10 bed
facility that places special emphasis on
caring for the mental health and
well-being of older members of our
community. We offer a variety of
services which include:
* Complete psychiatric evaluation with
our staff psychiatrist
* Occupational, speech, recreational
and activity therapy
* One-on-one patient consultation with
skilled Social Workers
* 24-hour attention
Hardtner Life Phases provides quality
mental health care with a personal
touch.
In June, 2006, Hardtner Medical
Center expanded our mental
health services to include
Intensive Outpatient Psychiatric
Services. Hardtner Next
Phase is designed for those
needing intensive outpatient
mental health services but not
required to stay overnight.
