Hardtner Medical Center would like to welcome the addition of Dr.
Riaz Chaudhry, Internal Medicine to the hospital staff.
Dr. Chaudhry has been in LaSalle Parish for over 33 years serving
the citizens of LaSalle, Catahoula, Grant, Rapides, Caldwell, Winn,
and Concordia Parishes. He recently constructed a state-of-the-art
6,500 square foot medical office complex delivering many services in
the convenience of his office. His office is located on US 84 in Jena,
LA.

Hardtner Medical Center welcomes Jorie Sanford and Jennifer Byrd to the
medical staff.
With the addition of these two Family Nurse Practitioners, Hardtner Medical Clinic
now has three (3) physicians and (3) nurse practitioners providing quality care.
Mrs. Sanford has maintained a private practice in the town of Columbia, La. for over
10 years. She continues to provide the compassionate care that has built her
reputation.
Mrs. Byrd most recently practiced in Grambling, La. for the State of Louisiana and
worked in large hospitals in Monroe, La.
Both nurse practitioners along with Mary Benjamin, FNP are located in the middle
suite of the Hardtner Medical Clinic.

Hardtner Medical Center is pleased to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Stirnemann has joined the
Hardtner Emergency team.
Dr. Stirnemann has more than 40,000 hours working emergency services and brings a
wealth of knowledge to the table. With his leadership, Hardtner Emergency Department will
implement improvements in processes and procedures to provide the highest standards of
quality care in the shortest time intervals. Customer satisfaction has always been a focus of
Hardtner Medical Center. With his experience and work ethic, our goal is to raise satisfaction
to new levels.

in the United States. Before joining EmCare and Hardtner Medical Center, Dr. Stirnemann

Hardtner Imaging Center has partnered with Central La. Imaging ("CLI")
based in Alexandria to expand radiology services. The multi-specialists
radiologists have many years of combined experience and are currently
providing services to the urban hospitals in Alexandria as well as a network
of rural hospitals. The change in radiologists will provide a continuity of
care for patients in our service area.

Hardtner Medical Center is proud to partner with Green
Clinic in Ruston, La. to expand General Surgical Services to
a whole new level. Dr. Jeb Butler, Board Certified General
Surgeon has performed thousands of surgeries since
joining the Green Clinic in 1986. Hardtner has committed a
significant amount of resources to assure that the latest
state-of-the-art technology is available and to provide the
quality of care you've come to expect.
To assure that all patients' needs are met, Hardtner has
also affiliated with Christus Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria,
La. and Mid Louisiana Surgical Specialists. Drs. Conerly,
Bledsoe, Aguilar, Parish, and Watkins will assist in providing
surgical services that are more appropriate in a larger
setting.

will serve as Dr. Butler's physician extenders.
