Please call 318-495-3880 to schedule an appointment with the physician of your choice by telephone, on Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST).
We ask that all patients arrive at the clinic prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to register properly.
