Appointment Availability
Appointments with Hardtner Medical Clinic physicians are timely. If the requested physician’s availability is limited due to scheduling conflicts and/or specialty limitations, our staff can schedule an appointment with another Hardtner Medical Clinic physician. Patients may schedule appointments without a physician’s referral if their insurance carrier allows.

Please call 318-495-3880 to schedule an appointment by telephone, on Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST). Please request the physician of your choice.
We ask that all patients arrive at the clinic prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to register properly.
